served as agricultural educators in the area for many years, we are compelled by a firm commitment to sustainable agriculture,
the local economy and the search for a right livelihood. Working the farm with one another and our children, selling high
quality products to neighbors and creating a healthy life around the natural rhythms of the life cycle is what brings us joyfully
to the day and keeps us out until the task at hand is done!
Located in the heart of the village of Warwick, MA on the Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts
border, we are raising Belted Galloway and Hereford beef cows, Katahdin hair sheep, Chester White pigs, turkeys, geese, chickens
and ducks on our pasture-based farm. Our animals are key to improving our soil fertility and the overall productivity of the

our team of Belgian draft horses, help us accomplish the work of the farm while reminding us daily of the importance of partnership

this land due to the generosity and vision of Patricia Johnson (whose mother, Hettie Belle, is our namesake), and several
